The form is intended for specialist dealers. If you are an end user sending a repair directly to us, please make sure to provide your specialist dealer’s details so we can process your repair accordingly.
When shipping battery packs (18 V/5.2 Ah), please observe the guidelines for transporting lithium-ion batteries:
